About Me

Beverly Pindling is a native of Jamaica, West Indies.  Her career began in New York City,later led her to the Washington D.C. area and finally to Orlando, FL in August 1983. Beverly has been involved in real estate for over 20 years. She has acquired several designations in the real estate industry including, ABR, CRS, GRI, LTG, SRES, and PMN. 

 

  • Elected “Realtor of the Year” in 2007 by the Orlando Regional Realtors Association      

 

  • President of Orlando Regional Realtors Association in 2006; as the first minority elected to this position throughout its 84 years of existence

 

  • Member of National Association of Realtors board of directors

 

  • Member of the Florida Association of Realtors board of directors

     

  • Member of Central Florida Transportation Task Force

  •  Treasurer  Florida Real Estate Foundation

  • State licensed real estate instructor for 12 years

 

  • Honorary Teacher with Rock Springs and Phyllis Wheatley School

 

  • Graduate of Leadership Orlando

 

  • Involved in many philanthropic organizations including “Feed the Children” and “The Hale House”

 

 

Beverly’s education includes attending New York University and later graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and International Business from Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey.

 

 

Beverly’s greatest joys are her daughter Erika and her granddaughter Brandee.  She enjoys spending what little spare time she has traveling and going to fine restaurants with them.
